In today’s evolving and increasing cost of health care delivery, effective employee recruitment, retention and engagement strategies are imperative in optimizing laboratory and organization resources. This session will discuss strategies and ideas for recruiting top talents, engaging employees for retention and multidisciplinary team-based relationship building. Speakers will discuss and share successful strategies, experience and outcomes in talent recruitment and engagement, as well as multidisciplinary collaborative relationship-based approach to optimize laboratory operations.
