Program Description: The program will focus on innovative strategies to drive employee retention utilizing employee engagement programs. The presenters have in depth experience leading employee engagement at a variety of skill and level. The presenters will share best recruitment and hiring tactics; hiring the right candidate from the beginning. The conversation will be focused on giving employees as sense of home, community feel that will drive engagement and loyalty. Time will be spent reviewing strategies to stay competitive with flexibility scheduling in competitive hiring markets.

Group Viewers: if your group/facility registered for group viewing for this on-demand eCast, you do not need to complete the evaluation on the "CE Information" tab. Group Viewing participants will be granted CE (if applicable) after viewing the presentation, completion of the attendance log with all requested information and Group Viewing Coordinators submission of the attendance log to AABB within 72 hours of the completion/viewing date. Group Viewing Coordinators should submit the completed attendance log to eLearning@aabb.org. Participants on the attendance log will receive via email a program evaluation to complete within 5-7 business days after AABB’s receipt of the attendance log. Continuing education credit certificates will be emailed to the participants with a copy to the Group Viewing Coordinator no sooner than 31 days but not longer than 6 weeks from the completion/viewing date.
