Dr. Deborah Ann Sesok-Pizzini is medical director of Blood Bank and Transfusion Medicine and an attending physician with the Apheresis Program at CHOP. She also is a Professor of Clinical Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine University of Pennsylvania. Her clinical expertise centralizes around Blood Bank and Transfusion Medicine, Pediatric Transfusion Medicine, Stem Cell Collection/Processing, HLA, Platelet Refractoriness, Therapeutic Apheresis, and Transfusion Support for Solid-Organ Transplants.
