Mark R. Looney MD

Mark R. Looney, MD is a Professor of Medicine and Laboratory Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. He received his undergraduate degree from Lipscomb University and his medical degree from the University of Tennessee. He then completed his residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at UCSF.

Dr. Looney’s laboratory investigates acute lung injury, ARDS, and innate immunity.
