Describe one method for helping a leader reflect on how civil they are so they are able to link the consequences to their actions
Describe at least three fundamentals of civility that leaders and employees can put into play to enhance communication and influence
Describe three actions leaders can take to build more civil cultures where people will thrive

Description: This session will provide training on civility to employees to improve patient safety, inclusion, communication, trust, collaboration, influence, and performance.
