Program Description: The program will focus on innovative strategies to drive employee retention utilizing employee engagement programs. The presenters have in depth experience leading employee engagement at a variety of skill and level. The presenters will share best recruitment and hiring tactics; hiring the right candidate from the beginning. The conversation will be focused on giving employees as sense of home, community feel that will drive engagement and loyalty.
