Edward Yoon MD

Edward Yoon is a staff clinical pathologist, the subchief of clinical pathology, and the medical director of transfusion medicine within the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Kaiser Permanente of the Mid-Atlantic States, based in the greater Washington D.C. area. He received his M.D. from Rutgers (formerly UMDNJ) New Jersey Medical School, completed a residency in clinical pathology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School, and completed a clinical fellowship in transfusion medicine at New York Blood Center and Northwell Health. Dr. Yoon is board certified in clinical pathology and blood banking/transfusion medicine.
