Inigo Romon Alonso MD, PhD

I trained as Hematologist at University Hospital Marques de Valdecilla in Santander (HUMV), Spain. I worked as general hematologist in community hospitals and then ten years as Quality Manager of the Cantabria Blood and Tissues Bank, which was ISO and AABB accredited. Since 2008 I work at HUMV as consultant for transfusion and apheresis. We are a third level hospital with all the organ transplants active. Our Out of Hospital Program has been running for more than 30 years.
