Julia Dugger MLS, SBB

Julia Dugger is a German born and US educated Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) who following a year at a trauma level 1 blood bank has spent the majority of her career in Immunohematology Reference Laboratories (IRLs) around the country. In 2020 she obtained her Specialist in Blood Banking (SBB) in the US and in 2024 a Masters in Transfusion and Transplantation Science in the UK. Julia enjoys learning about a wide range of transfusion and biotherapy topics however she has a special interest in serological approaches of international IRLs and blood substitute development.
