Lauren Crowder, PhD, is a behavioral and health outcomes researcher with expertise in quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods research design in transfusion medicine and related public health settings. Her transfusion medicine experience comes from her previous role as a scientist at the American Red Cross where she focused on infectious disease related blood donor deferral policies and donor behavior. Dr. Crowder is currently a senior scientist and associate principal at IQVIA where her work focuses on clinical outcome assessment development, qualitative evidence generation, and mixed methods study design. She leads IQVIA's Mixed Methods & Survey Research Center of Excellence, providing subject matter expertise to teams and guiding rigorous, patient-centered approaches to measurement development and decision making across clinical and real-world contexts.
