With over 9 years of laboratory experiences, I was able to gain experiences in cell culture, quantitative PCR, PCR, immunohistochemistry, microscopy, immunoblotting, flow cytometry, ELISA, ELISPOT, mouse handling, and e.t.c. In addition, I trained and mentored 5 staff on various research projects, including training a CBS diagnostic team leader to set up a MMA facility in Edmonton. I have well developed analytical thinking, leadership, and verbal and written communication skills. I am self-motivated, organized, and cooperative.
