TRISHA WONG MD, MS

Double-boarded in pediatric hematology/oncology and transfusion medicine/blood bank, Dr. Trisha Wong cares for children with blood disorders and helps patients of all ages who need blood transfusions. When she is the pediatric hematology-oncology clinic, she specializes in inherited blood disorders in children, namely sickle cell disease, thalassemia, and bleeding and clotting disorders. She is Assistant Medical Director of Transfusion Services at a regional, trauma and academic institution and is Section Medical Director of the pediatric transfusion services. She has a special interest in reducing inequality in the health care system.
