Laboratory personnel plays a critical role in ensuring the success of healthcare organizations. This presentation will explore the essential leadership skills necessary for laboratory professionals to lead their teams and drive positive outcomes effectively. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the importance of leadership in healthcare and the key skills necessary to succeed as a laboratory professional. Topics include the leadership mindset, how to develop both "hard" and "soft" leadership skills, and the top ten list of staff expectations of a laboratory leader. This presentation is designed for current and aspiring laboratory leaders and healthcare professionals looking to enhance their leadership skills. Participants will leave the session with practical strategies for improving their leadership abilities and driving positive outcomes in their organizations.
