Melanie Jorgenson RN, BSN, LSSGB

Melanie has been a Registered Nurse for 24 years and specializing in Transfusion Medicine and Patient Blood Management for the last decade. She is the former chairperson for the AABB TS/PBM Subsection, a member of the AABB PBM Standards Committee, and a member of the AABB Annual Meeting Educational Program Committee. She now works with Accumen’s Clinical Optimization Team to help implement Patient Blood Management and Test Utilization Programs at hospital systems across the country.
