- Describe the various levels of leadership and how one can take steps to achieve higher levels
- Discuss the attributes that leaders need to be successful
- Describe how individuals can be identified as potential leaders
Description: While we may have tendencies toward being leaders when we are born, leadership is a learned skill composed of many attributes. This session describes those attributes and how individuals can become a leader at any level of the organization. Through practice, individuals can move through the various levels of leadership and can potentially reach the highest level of leadership. Using examples from their own experience, the speakers will discuss how one can lead wherever they are in the organization, how they can influence others to follow them and how they can make a positive difference in the organization.
