  • List three costs of incivility and three benefits of civility to clients, their teams, and their organizations
  • Describe one method for helping a leader reflect on how civil they are so they are able to link the consequences to their actions
  • Describe at least three fundamentals of civility that leaders and employees can put into play to enhance communication and influence
  • Describe three actions leaders can take to build more civil cultures where people will thrive

Description: This session will provide training on civility to employees to improve patient safety, inclusion, communication, trust, collaboration, influence, and performance.
