Dr. Saint Martin is a Certified Life, Career, and Executive Coach, with ample experience in the subjects of Resilience, Burnout, and Wellness. In this role she Chaired hospitals multidisciplinary Wellness Committees, developed and established an ACGME compliant wellness curriculum for the Residency Program, and provides coaching services for several individuals. Dr. Saint Martin has been invited to several meetings at the local, national, and international levels. She is also a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher. In 2019 she won the prestigious Roger Schenke Award from the American Association for Physician Leadership, and she became the Medical Education 2019 Robert T. Wong Lectureship Award Recipient from the University of Hawaii Medical School - John A. Burns School of Medicine. Her leadership experience is highlighted by her past roles as Medical Director for OneBlood, Inc. in Florida, Associate Director of Transfusion Services of Loyola Medicine, Residency Program Associate Director, and Pathology Department Medical Director of Gottlieb Memorial Hospital. She served as Medical Director of the Adventist Health System- Midwest Region Blood Center and Transfusion and Apheresis Services. She is also a Certified Executive Coach, with ample experience in the subjects of Wellness and Resiliency, and a Mindfulness and Meditation teacher.
