Wen Lu MD

Wen Lu, MD is the Medical Director of the Center for Regenerative Biotherapeutics and a Transfusion Medicine Consultant at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN. Previously, she was Medical Director of the Kraft Family Blood Donor Center and Associate Medical Director of the Transfusion Service at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston, MA. Dr. Lu trained at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania and is board certified in Clinical Pathology and Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine. Her scholarly interests in transfusion medicine include hospital inventory management, perinatal immunohematology, transfusion safety and hemovigilance.
